Sabor a México was born from a passion for authentic Mexican cooking and a belief that Fayetteville, Georgia deserved the real thing. We opened our doors to share the recipes we grew up with: slow-cooked birria braised for hours in dried chilies, mole made from more than twenty hand-toasted ingredients, and tortillas pressed fresh every single day.

We are not a chain and we are not a shortcut. Every plate that leaves our kitchen is made with quality ingredients, generational knowledge and a genuine love for the culture behind the food.
