A restaurant waits for people to arrive. A food truck does the opposite. It finds the corners of Fayetteville where good food never shows up, and shows up anyway.

We Go Where Nobody Else Does

Data centers, job sites, gas stations on GA-54. Places where the lunch options are a vending machine and a long drive. We park there on purpose, because that is where a real meal actually changes someone's day.

A Short Menu, On Purpose

The truck carries a fraction of what the restaurant serves. That is the point: fewer dishes, cooked constantly, so nothing sits waiting. Every item on the truck earned its spot.

The Street Is The Front Door

The truck is the introduction, not the whole story. A birria taco on your lunch break is a preview. The mole, the seafood and the full table are eight minutes away at 805 W Lanier Ave.
